Any agreement for services, including pricing, scheduling, workmanship, and warranties, is strictly between you and the contractor you choose to work with.
Water Wise Concierge does not perform, inspect, supervise, or guarantee any work performed by contractors in our network. We make reasonable efforts to share accurate contractor information, but we do not warranty the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any contractor's work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Water Wise Concierge is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from services performed by contractors referred through our platform. Your use of this site and any resulting contractor relationship is at your own discretion and risk.
Contractors in our network are asked to provide basic information about their licensing and business standing. Water Wise Concierge does not conduct ongoing background checks, license verification, or insurance audits on contractors unless explicitly stated otherwise. Property owners are encouraged to independently verify a contractor's license and insurance before beginning work.
